The current account
It’s an account under the request of the potential customer, which allows the customer to deposit and withdraw the money at any time and any way. Also, it allows this account to issue checks. We can open this account in Iraqi dinar, and US dollar all at the same time. Also, these accounts are under the supervision and the regulations of the central bank of Iraq.
Requirements For Opening a Current Account for Companies (Iraqi)
1- The company’s meeting minutes certified by the Registrar of Companies for the end of the year
2- Certificate of incorporation of the company attested by the Registrar of Companies for the end of the year
3_ The company’s founding contract certified by the Registrar of Companies for the end of the year
4- The company’s financial statements certified by the Profession Council
5- The documents of the managing director of the company, including:
A-Civil status ID
b- Iraqi nationality certificate
c- residence card
d- passport
E- Two (2) personal photos.
6- Company seal.
