The Central Bank of Iraq has launched the following complaints link. To submit a complaint, please follow the steps below:

How to submit a complaint

1. 1Open the link above.
2. 2You will be taken to the official government "Ur" portal. Create a new account or sign in, and you will be redirected automatically to the complaints management platform.
3. 3Fill in the complaint form, completing all required fields.
4. 4You can support your complaint by attaching documents, images or files.
5. 5Once you submit the form, your complaint is registered and you will receive a text message on your registered number with a code to track it.
