The Central Bank of Iraq has launched an electronic complaints platform with the following details:
The platform is an electronic link that redirects you to multiple interfaces to register any complaints related to electronic cards, bank accounts, or any financial services provided to you.
🔸 How to use the platform:
- Access the link: https://complaint.app.cbi.iq.
- You will be redirected to the “Ur Portal,” a trusted official government portal. First, create your account or log in. You will then be automatically redirected to the Complaint Management System platform.
- The platform interface includes an electronic complaint form that specifies the details required to submit your complaint.
- You can attach supporting documents, images, or files to enhance the quality of your submitted complaint.
- Complete all the sections of the form, and once submitted, you will receive a special tracking code via a text message sent to the phone number registered with the complaint. This code allows you to follow up on your complaint.
