Umrah to Bayt Allah (My Umrah):
- The bank undertakes to purchase a service from one of the travels and Umrah companies, and the second party (the funding demands for financing) is bound by the contract rules. The upper limit is the amount of (3,000,000) dinars (three million Iraqi dinars only).
- Payment period (from 10 months to 12 months).
- Applying by the funding demands that includes (the amount of financing – and the type of financing).
- Filling out a special form for financing with Al-Nasik Bank.
- (50,000) administrative commissions in addition to other commissions.
- The return on the Murabaha is (15%).
- Downs payment (25%).
My Car
- An advance payment (15%) of the value of the financing.
- Murabaha return (12%) for customers.
The documents required to be submitted by the customer when requesting financing are as follows: –
- Submission of an application by the funding demands that includes (the amount of financing – and the type of financing).
- Fill out a special form for financing with Al-Nasik Bank.
- This car showroom or company shall be approved by the bank, and the cars shall be zero.
- A guarantor + a certified draft of (120%).
Submission conditions
1- Selling to all civil servants as well as citizens, and military personnel on the sponsorship of civil servants.
2- The sponsor is a government employee with continuous service, provided that his salary is double the monthly installment.
3- The installment period is 60 months (five years).
4- Murabaha is interest-free, with a one-time administrative commission of (6%) deducted from the financing amount.
5- This company shall be approved by the bank.
Regulations Of Grant of Products
The required documents of the funding demands, which include:
- (Personal ID, civil status identity, Iraqi nationality certificate or the unified card).
- Residence card.
- The ration card.
- Passport.
- Work identity, if any.
- Confirmation of the continuity of service from the funding demands’ department.

- Provide Al-Nasik Bank with a special letter from the sponsor’s department that includes an undertaking to deduct the value of the installment due from the funding demands for financing in the event of the funding demands’s failure to pay.
The conditions to be met by the funding demands and the funding demands are:
- That the funding demands or his funding demands is not on the local and international blacklists.
- That the funding demands or his funding demands does not have dues or debts whose value exceeds 50% of his total facilities with all banks.
- The age of the funding demands does not exceed (56 years) at the end of the financing period.
Required guarantees:
- The guarantee of one or more government funding demands according to the amount of the monthly installment for half of the net salary.
- A bill of exchange certified by a notary public.
